Very bad service I got at Silverton goldwagen and the manager was helpless

I went to the store in silverton my car got stucked at the road and I only had R700 with me on my my card. So this guy punched his system and tell me he got the stock. He then swipe my card after taking that money he says he doesn't have stock now he wants to refund my card. And that takes about 24to 48hrs before it can be reversed to my acc. When I asked him why did he swipe my car before making sure he has the stock he told me is not his duty to check at the store room. Worse service I had and the manager couldn't do anything he only sayed I should go to the bank. By the time my car is on the street. There manager didn't even take me seriously because he was looking at the skin colour. He just say he is not the bank
