Upset client

On Friday the 20th of September I went to buy spark plugs from them and bought 4 went to the mechanic he changed my old plugs with me standing right there on Saturday the 21st my car went from better to worse went back to the mechanic on to our surprise the plugs were broken I had to buy newer plugs exactly a day after as it was a long weekend I returned to the shop on the 25th only to find rude guys who weren't helpful and treated bad just because I'm a woman, I refuse to be treated like dirt. It's been two weeks now without a refund nor a response from the shop since I've left the plugs by the shop if they going to furnish us with such poor quality they going to lose customers.
