Unsatisfactory service

Found the part that I was looking for however after paying over R2000 for it the part failed in under three months. Also to mention my car was standing so I only drove it for a month. I have no problem with this, all I needed was for the service to be good and I’m good. When calling back my call gets dropped, nobody wants to answer me when doing a follow up and they told me to do a follow up. It’s been three weeks already.
