Unprofessional sales person at Goldwagen Montana

I have tried their online quote system twice already, without any reply. Today I phoned them to find out if they have parts for my son's car. They told me to hold, while holding, I can hear how the salesman made 2 other calls, received a voicemail. He is so arrogant that he listens to the voicemail and I can hear every word from his message.
