Unhappy customer

I bought a brand new Sachs clutch kit at goldwagen in Goodwood I then return the faulty clutch kit back to goldwagen a month before lockdown I was informed it will take a few days for investigation. All paperwork was submitted at the goodwood branch up to then I have not received a single phone call or mail, I am very disappointed since I have been supporting goldwagen Goodwood from day one.
