Unacceptable

On Friday 29/04/2022 14:31:39 I bought a aftermarket ABB68A valve breather t-cov c1a from Nayton @ Goldawagen Bloemfontein, I was not even given the option if there was a better one or another option. The reason why I bought the part as i was busy replacing the heater valve on my car and my original valve breather t-cov c1a pipe broke. I then replaced it with the one bought from Goldwagen Bloemfontein. I didnt drive with the car until Sunday 01/05/2022 where I drove the car when i noticed a weird humming noise coming from the valve breather t-cov c1a. Today 03/05/2022 I went to go buy another ABB68 valve breather t-cov c1a from Jaun as the previous one was giving me issues. After work between 16:30 -17:10 I went to Jaun @ Goldwagen Bloemfontein to get my refund for the faulty part. Where I was told that I need to fill in a claims for and that my money will only be refunded after 14 days. This is unacceptable I paid for a part it did not work and now I need to wait for my money as if its my fault. Teach your staff to give clients options. I will be expecting interest on that money as this is unacceptable.
