Ugly rude business owner

I purchased a faulty ideling valve from goldwagen Alberton for R 305. based on the salesman advice that this more expensive brand is better n'than goldwagen brand .so after returning this faulty and expensive valve i purchased the cheaper valve R175 and it work like a bomb. When I noticed that's the salesman was reticent to refund me i hade to fill in a form and i was told to wait for 7 working days. I visited the same branch again today with the intention to buy other item and I asked at the counter if it's possible to get my refund, after waiting for 20 minutes the manager aperd to tell me that's he called the hadoffice but that's there phone lines are not working so I asked him for the number which I immediately dialed fom my cell phone and a lady answerd promptly and the manager told me to ask for a specific person who was not available. So I asked to speak to the owner .few minutes later an obese and rude white man in his 50tees appeared to tell me that's all I'm saying is just blablabla. I wood like to say that's I have been buying from this specific branch for years and I have been well tested by the salesman always.
