They have my money and my part.
Good day people, i am reali so disappointed in Goldwagen Humansdorp. I bought a part from there branch i went back to the branch telling them the part was faulty, the manager and another person told me they will help me but it seems as if they do not want to get involve, this is so unfair towards me the part was R5200 and they do not want to refund me and they still have the part. please anyone help me.

As discussed with the store manager, we understand your frustration regarding the warranty claim for your water pump. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
To clarify, your claim was thoroughly investigated and unfortunately rejected on 16 May 2024 (Claim number: 138926). The report demonstrates the presence of contaminants on the pump. These contaminants were not present when the part was sold to you. Our inspection revealed no manufacturing defects, the corrosion found on the pump is caused by external factors, which are not covered by our warranty. Regarding your comment about the part being at Goldwagen for over a month, we would like to clarify that the claim was created on 6 May 2024, and rejected on 16 May 2024. The part was therefore in Quality Control’s possession for less than 14 working days, as outlined in our terms and conditions. The part has remained with the store since 16 May 2024, as you have declined to collect it.
