They are very unprofessional,emotional,they dont know customer service even when they don't have parts they suppose to tell customers which branch have the part near but they insist on ordering for you well other branch like carnival if they don't have part they will tell which branch have the part near they will go as far calling and checking for you.If I make quote for customer,if customers decide to get parts somewhere is not my fault if customers decline their parts,suddenly they can't gave quote is fine we have Ahk and kotwals where they understand customer service and technicals of customer accept or decline quote and they sale good quality and at reasonable price.Only Jabu and parts janu have good customer service they being manage by unprofessional manager who doesn't know fica law is running that place like ****a shop
