The poor service I am receiving

<p>I bought a part from this store and two weeks later my car started overheating due to this brand new part I had purchased. We then decided to take it back to the store and they said they would take it for testing and then would replace it. I have been two weeks without a car because of them. we have been in contact with them everyday and I still dont have the part back. This is really ****sing me off because they are inconviniencing me in a major way. without this part my car cannot be driven. I will never buy from this store ever in my life!</p>
