Terrible service goldwagen pietermaritzburg

I have had a very distasteful experience with goldwagen pietermaritzburg Branch, I called in on Saturday the 5th of March and spoke to a guy by the name of Ashley, he quoted me R 900.00 for a wag mass airflow meter for my jetta mk4, I travelled from work which is 31 km away to purchase it and when I get there he claims not to have stock of the wag after confirming on the phone that he did less than 2hrs before. So thereafter he provides me with a Bremmi mass airflow meter at almost R1600.00 and insists that it would work on my car. I install and car cannot be driven at all. I call back at store Monday to speak him but I'm told he's busy. Leave messages but does not call back. Is this really how a reputable business operates???
