Terrible service and attitude from staff and security at Goldwagen Randpark
Hi There,
I recently has a terrible experience at Goldwagen Randpark Ridge. I rushed over from work, got there at 16:59, and the doors were already closed. But hat wasn't the worst part. The system was still on and they were serving customers. I asked the security why the doors was closed before 5, he ignored, he then opened for a customer and said they closed. The staff had a good laugh like my time and business was funny to them. I advise people to never go to Goldwagen Randpark ridge.

I’d like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your Goldwagen Randpark Ridge branch yesterday.

After rushing there straight from work, I arrived at 16:58. As I approached the entrance, I noticed the doors were already closed. I assumed I might still be assisted, considering I had arrived just before closing time.
However, what truly upset me wasn’t the fact that I wasn’t served—it was how I was treated. I knocked on the door, only to be blatantly ignored. The staff behind the glass looked at me, shook their heads, and laughed. I felt ridiculed, —not only by the employees, but also by a a full store of patrons who witnessed and proceeded to laugh at the situation.
As a customer intending to make a purchase, I found the behavior humiliating and completely unprofessional. I perceived it as mocking, and that is unacceptable.
Mocking a customer can constitute serious misconduct. In many businesses that value professionalism and customer service, such behavior may be grounds for disciplinary action—up to and including dismissal. While I understand policies may vary, I urge your company to treat this incident with the seriousness it deserves.
I trust this matter will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer is subjected to such treatment.
In addition, I believe the policy of refusing service to a customer who arrives exactly at 17:00—or even a minute before—should be reconsidered. For comparison, retailers like Pick n Pay and Checkers typically allow customers in right up until closing time, understanding that people may have rushed to get there. They recognize the value of both the business and the relationship with the customer as well as the fact that everyone watches might be different by a minute or seconds.
In this context, it’s worth asking: Is Goldwagen comfortable offering a lower standard of service than these major retailers?
Turning away a customer who has made an effort to arrive on time does not reflect well on the brand or its customer-first values.

Im looking forward to hearing from you.
Kindly note, I have put up a Hello Peter review and am considering Google Review should this situation not be handled promptly.
