Terrible customer service

The Goldwagen Mooi Street branch in Johannesburg CBD does not believe in customer experience and will try there utmost best to ignore customers. When ever you call the branch, they will never answer the call. At times, you hear the phone being picked up with talking in the background and then dropped again. They refuse to chat to their customers.
