Terrible communication

Been waiting on a refund since Monday 22 April 2024 from the Goldwagen HEAD office. Given wrong part for my vehicle sent it back still in the box with invoice. Branch Manager at Somerset West sent documentation in the same day for refund. No response 3 emails sent enquiring when I will receive my R4k refund.
