Terrible attitude

Terrible service, bought brakepads on 2/09/2021 after providing them with my vin no. Technician replaced my old pads, started experiencing rattling sound on the right tire, took car back to technician on 04/09/2021, realised that the surebrakes I bought from GW were small causing that rattling sound when i drive over an uneven road… Took back the pads to GW and i was rudely told by the manager that they cannot take this meanwhile they are the one who sold me those brakepads and they had 3 different part numbers for those brakepads so its my fault because i fit them on my car, was rudely asked “why did you fit them while you knew they were wrong”
