Telephonic communications

Poor telephonic communications.

On multiple occasions, I have phoned Goldwagen in Bloemfontein. They put me through to sales, whereupon someone answers the telephone, mumbles something in indistinguishable Afrikaans, and puts your call aside whilst continuing with other business, including answering other phone calls! I find this behaviour unacceptable. Will definitely think twice before going to them again.
