Supplier of incorrect parts, no refund, bad attitude towards customers (Adriaan at head office does not care about customers)

<p>Goldwagen (Kliptown) sale person sold me an incorrect part for about R1300, he insisted it was the correct part and if it is not, he will refund me, it was not the correct part, when i returned the part they told me that they will not exchange the part or refund me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Goldwagen head office, spoke to Adriaan who basically unreasonaly spoke to me in a very rude way, saying that this is my fault for buying the part and he will not help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Adriaan had his mind made up even before i fully explained to him, as he was not fully aware of all the facts and circumstances, he just dismissed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the worse treatment i have ever received from any retail institution.</p>
