Service sucks

Hi goldwagen. i am extremely upset and disappointed with your service. It truly sucks.

I had purchased a clutch kit from you guys. I had fitted the kit on the car and the car had no gears. I had removed the kit as it was not working and took it back to the goldwagen i purchased it from. The guys at goldwagen said that they cant exchange the kit as i need to purchase another while they send 1st one back for a claim. I did purchase another kit but not from you guys and guess what the car is perfect.I did send the kit for a claim the report came back as the brand new kit was defective. The customer had to pay twice to remove and fit the clutch kit. Its not fair to him or me as the fault was not on my side or his. so the guys from goldwagen call and tell me the claim has been passed and they owe me money for the clutch but the problem is they dont have money to give me back and that i must wait until they get money in. so that means it could take 1 week,2 weeks,1 year. whats sad is i am a . regular customer as i own a workshop.This is really pathetic service. i still cant believe such a huge and well known company behaves in this manner. Guess what i still have not received my cash back. Its really not about the money but about the pricipal behind it.
