Service is pathetic

We bought a part at goldwagen alberton for our car today it was returned due to the faulty on the product they have advised that they cant give us another part or a refund the part needs to be taken in and the turn around time to get feedback is 21 days . we need the car by Saturday its a matter of urgency and cant wait that long .
