SENSOR INJECTOR NOT COMPATIBLE
Hi, I purchased a sensor injector on the 21st of December 2023. The injector was not compatible to my car. My machenic delayed to fit in the injector, it was only yesterday it was tried.
Since the injector is not compatible, I have tried to return the injector for a compatible one. NOW GOLDWAGEN IS NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE COMPATIBLE INJECTOR. I HAVE SPENT R2300 FOR THIS INJECTOR. PLEASE HELP, I DONT WANT A REFUND, I JUST WANT A COMPATIBLE SENSOR INJECTOR FOR MY CAR.
IN MY RECEIPT, THE IS NO WHERE IT STIPULATES THAT I CANNOT RETURN WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED AT WHAT PARTICULAR TIME. THEY ARE ONLY INFORMING ME NOW AS I JUST WANTWD TO RETURN THE INJECTOR. SO I DONT THINK THIS IS FAIR FOR A CONSUMER, BECAUSE THE WAS NO WRITTEN INFORMATION ABOUT THIS. PLEASE HELP.

Thank you for reaching out to us, following your recent review regarding the part you purchased, it is not an injector sensor, but indeed a Fuel Pressure Regulator which is an electrical item. Thank you for sending a copy of your invoice, You will see two bar codes on the invoice, the bottom one has our terms and conditions. Please scan the bar code on the invoice to see the terms and conditions, point 11 is the return policy. Our terms and conditions state that there will be no return on electrical items other than a warranty claim(Which in this case, the item is not faulty). If the part was returned within the 30 day period and in the same condition as purchased, we would have been able to investigate this matter. We trust you find this in order.
