Ridiculous service

Bought parts in Welkom and paid. When comparing it was not right. Took it back and new parts were discussed to be ordered. Told me my refund for faulty parts would only be available after 3. Was helped by another company less than 30 minutes later and phoned Goldwagen to cancel the order. They told me to come fetch my refund. Was told by the employee that the manager gave instruction that i am not welcome in their store again. In effect it means that I am banned from a car spares dealer
