Refund refusal

Very bad service at this branch I bought a clutch kit for a 2009 kia cerato 1.6 the clutch doesn't fit correctly. I gave them a sample of the old clutch and they don't look alike. I want a refund cause I bought another clutch from another vendor and it's fitting well
