Refund

<p>On 2017 April 03 I went to Goldwagem Mafikeng to buy parts of Corsa Lite. I bought</p> <p>1. Complete Starring rack</p> <p>2. Two Ball Joints</p> <p>3. Two Front wheels Bearings</p> <p>4. Two rear wheel Bearings</p> <p>5. Two CV Joints</p> <p>and I was told that they only have one ball joint and they will be getting stock on Tuesday at 15:00. I believed them, so I paid for the goods, and collection was meant to be on Tuesday after 15:00. I got at the shop at about 15:55 and the stock was not there yet. The salesman there called the to check how far was the delivery truck and he was told it has just left Zeerust. I then left and came back on Wednesday morning and the stock was there. After I took the car for repairs, only to find that I did not need both front and rear wheel bearings. I took them back to Goldwagen of Thursday around 11:00am, and I was told by the other salesman that they will charge me 20% handling fee for returns and I must read my reciept. But however he will not be able to help me since the salesman that I bought from was not available on that day and I must write my contact numbers on the reciept he will call me when he is back. I did just that leaving the goods that needs to be credited with him. Since I never got a call from anyone, I decided to viit the on friday morning, and I found the sales person who helped on the day of the purchase. He told me that they do not have cash and he will call me to collect the refund. Even today I am still waiting for the refund. I also find it odd for them to tell me of 20% handling fee whislt they could not even give me my money back on the same day. second I find it very funny sicnce he told me that the stock will be available the next day at 15:00 and only to find that at 16:00 the stock is not there, plus it happend that last year I orded some parts from them and the same story of delivery happened, and to make matters worse on those parts that I bought last year I was given two boxes wherelse I was meant to get one. they called me to bring the extra box to them and I did just that with my cost. same I applys to the recent sale. I kept on going to them at my own cost, now why 20%,</p>
