Refund

My mechanic Abram returned a clutch slave for a Corsa at Goldwagen Benoni on the 31st October 2018 and ever since I have been calling the branch and they keep telling me that they are awaiting confirmation from head office, head office had training hence they haven’t gotten back to them, head office has not responded to them and today is the 27th of October almost a month and I have not been refunded.

I am offended by the slow response time and when I ask the agent working on the case what is the SLA for head office to process my request they don’t even know.
