Poor Service and Bad Attitude at Goldwagen Polokwane based in Nikkel Street

<p>On the 31/12/2016 I bought plugs at Goldwagen Polokwane and i explained the model details of my car with the saleman, After fitting the new plugs my car engine was badly shaking and my mechanic decided to fit the old plugs and the engine stopped shaking, So on the 05/01/2017 i returned the plugs and was told they dont exchange electrical parts items, I did not have a problem with the store policy but what bothered me was the manner in which the saleman told me he was shouting and unfortunately i lost control as well i shouted back and all the saleman including the branch manager in the store joined him and shouted back at me. I have never experienced a bad attitude from sales people EXCEPT in Goldwagen Polokwane in my entire life. The service is POOR and the attitude of the staff is EXTREMELY terrible.</p>
