Poor service

Had the bad experience with these guys, on the 02.04.2015 I phoned in requesting the pricing and the availability of Oxygen sensor, I don't know the sales person I spoke to but he was able to give me the price and he said I must come back the following week as there were lots of holidays during that week. When I pitched up the following at their premises and asked for the sensor they told me they don't keep it and they don't know who I spoke to, that is after driving all the way from Westville. This week on Tuesday, same thing happened, I phoned in requesting an oil switch and they gave me the price. When I got there they said they don't keep that switch and I looked like stupid standing infront of themlike I don't know what I was talking about. These guys are giving the bad name to the other Goldwagen branches who provide a great service like the one in Springfield and in Durban CBD. My car is an Opel Essentia Corsa 1.4 Engine 2009
