Poor service

The service is so poor to say the least. No feedback after filling a claim form for a refund. Called Goldwagen Silverton had to hold for more than 6mins been passed around from one person to another and the issue is still not resolved even after speaking to the manager. Eight days and counting waiting for a pie in the sky
