Poor customer service.

I called this morning at 07:59 and asked for a price on a radiator after giving the vehicle details which he confirmed. The price was given as R1100 and I asked for the salesman's name to which he responded with thank you and dropped the phone. When I got to the store the salesman had quoted me on the wrong part an my part was R1530 (This is not the first time this has happened). The salesman that assisted me tried to give me as much discount as he could but it was still more than what I had. He spoke to the manager to see if they could get a better price. The manager declined / could not. I feel dissatisfied and would neither recommend or support your branch any further.
