Poor customer service

ood day.

I bought a 2013 I20 sedan front right shock at Tembisa Volkswagen(Cashier Solomon) but i was given a wrong one which was for first I20 hatchback which didnt fit in my car. I had to return the shock back to the shop but i was told that I damaged the top shock of the shock they won't take it back .but the part was still as new as it was not even fitted in the car but the(Solomon) manager declined to take it back .Now i am stuck with a shock which i dont even know what i will do with it.
