Poor customer service

Good day,

I called the Ballito branch of Goldwagen twice on 15-Aug-2026 and left messages with a lady who promised to have someone call me back the same day with regard to the price on a part I require for my VW Polo. It is now 24-Aug-2026 and nobody from Goldwagen Ballito has called me bask as yet.
