Poor customer care

The service in this branch is become by day. I bought a slave cylinder on the 20th May 2022 at 13:48 pm and on Saturday my reputable mechanic replaced it he then discovered that it is leaking breakfluid which I believe it was a factory on returning it we are taken from pillar to post and it's the second time. Instead of them taking it back and give us another one we are intorigated not that we want a refund but a replacement.
