Poor b grade parts

I bought a cam, rockers and hydraulic lifters from Goldwagen Somerset. After driving 73 kilometres the key that holds the pully to the cam snapped off while drive which in turn damaged two valves. I've been left stranded for the last two weeks without a vehicle. There story is they need to send the part to Johannesburg for investigation. My mechanic has been trying to get answers from them but not response. This is poor parts and poor customer service. Alota friends of mine have said that Goldwagen sells b grade parts. I want answers and my car needs to drive by the end of this week. They have to be held responsible for damages to the year and bent valves.
