Poor and disrespectful service

On the Thursday the 7th of December 2023 at around 13:00, I went to Goldwagen in Musina to purchase a Clutch plate for Ford Eco Sport. I was told to pay and that the clutch will come tomorrow (friday) from Louistrichard (makhado) and I paid R2405.. I waited the whole friday n Joshua from Goldwagen Musina kept on telling me lies. He said its on its way, I called until I gave up. Saturday morning I called again, he said now its coming from Thohoyandou and I must add R325 because the one he found is so expensive. I told him that I can only pay once the Clutch is here, he kept on saying the taci from thohoyandou hasn’t arrived. The clutch is inside the taxi, it will arrive after 14:00.. At 14:30 I called him, he came up with alot of stories until I asked for my refund… At 15:30 the clutch plate was not here and I was told that there was a mistake, because the taxi was not full.. I asked to speak to his manager whom was also a **** and was not even remorseful… I forced him to refund me, and threatened that I will go on twitter should he not refund me.. He ended up refundind me at 15:40.

Im so disappointed with Goldwagen Musina and Goldwagen as a whole. Im really not happy, they should have told me that they cant help.
