Pay for faulty part plus new part
Purchased a clutch slave cylinder from Deon at Goldwagen Delarey which was faulty, upon the return of the faulty clutch slave cylinder, I was told to fill out a form to attach to the faulty part with no ETA on feedback.
This now means more downtime.
The saddest of it all is, that I was instructed by Deon to now purchase another ( 2 parts for 1 car) clutch slave cylinder from them again and that's the only way that they could assist me.
This is terrible service why should I buy the same item twice?
