Pathetic service

Since their opening it has been an endless struggle to get efficient service and accurate orders. It usually takes 2 to 3 visits before an order is delivered and then a further 1 or 2 visits to get the exact part required. Every time is a delay that affects my business, humour and confidence in this establishment. I requested a radiator for my 1999 VW Caddy Pickup. What was issued to me was smaller than the installed one. So off again for visit #3 and a possible further 2 day wait for possibly the correct part. All the while my vehicle is standing!!
