Not there Parts

I, purchased a Barrel and key as well as a housing IGN, for my Opel Corsa, the Barrel did not fit into the Housing IGN. I took it back and was told it is not their parts, I still had the packaging and the invoice. Barend refused to give the correct goods or refund me my money.
