Mix up of brake pads

I was around Midrand when I heard my brake pads from the rear making noise, I went to Goldwagen Midrand where I got the sensor and brake pads. The lady who packed the brake pads for me was wearing a mask, drove all the way to Terenure to get them fitted only to find out they gave me a wrong set instead of rear they gave me front I had to drive back to Midrand to get the correct ones that’s an inconvenience.

Upon my arrival I went to the sales desk where they transferred to the pick up desk the lady spoke facing my direction I asked if she’s talking with me she said no, she then proceeded doing what she’s doing which resulted in her giving a customer a wrong item and she blamed me for distracting her. She’s not attentive to what’s on the receipt and also she had a bad attitude after packaging to right item she said “bye” with an attitude, no apology no nothing for the inconvenience
