Lies and poor service

I bought some parts from Bethlehem branch and I wad told that they are correct parts I kept the parts for some time ad I was still putting together all the parts. Turns out only the radiator fan was the correct part and the radiator n condenser are wrong, but the sales rep told me that they are correct parts. I called I was told I will get my refund but as I get there now m told they are taking 20% off due to the condition of the radiator but we never used it, it was the wrong part. Clearly this is unacceptable and poor service as the rep said it is the correct part. Clearly CPA must intervine as protect our rights as consumers.
