Inferior and faulty parts supp**** by Goldwagen

Good day.

I am extremely annoyed and disturbed at the quality of parts sold by Goldwagen

Below I will list 3 instances where I have purchased parts from Goldwagen and all three times these parts have failed within days or simply been the incorrect parts

1: I bought coul packs for an Audi A4 a few years back and the coil packs were faulty. I fitted them to my car and they did not work. On this occasion the Kempton Park branch supp**** them and after having the parts tested and found to be faulty they replaced them.

2: I purchased a coolant reservoir for a polo from Brentwood Branch last year only to get home and realise that the electric connector is not the same as for my car. When attempting to return the part as it is not the correct part for my car, I was met with an attitude of " it is the correct part and we will not stop it." Even after proving to them it does not for my car I was still told the above. While on this issue I have also been made aware by more than one VW garage as well as mechanics I have spoken to that Goldwagen is aware of the fact that these reservoirs do not fit into the cars but continue to sell them anyway.

3: Now I purchased a thermostat housing for the same polo. Fitted it to my vehicle no problem, only to now find out that the part is faulty and that has caused the vehicle to overheat and blow the head gasket. An expense I should not have to incur due to Goldwagen selling faulty, inferior parts.

I am highly annoyed and I will never support Goldwagen again. Goldwagen sell inferior parts and land up costing their clients more money due to the inferior quality of their parts.

This is absolutely disgusting as on the last point I opted for the most expensive part supp**** by Goldwagen as the mechanics I spoke to don't even have faith in your house brand or the other brands you supply. I can fully understand why.
