I phoned goldwagen in East rand mall to check if they have a cam sensor for Renault capture and the guy I spoke to said it's five hundred and eighty something, we got cut off before I could confirm the availability. I phoned again and spoke to another person (didn't get the names) he also confirmed the price and availability I then told him I am coming. When I got there i was assisted by Juan, he checked on the system and said they don't have the cam sensor in all their branches. I got surprised caused I phoned first and spoke to 2 people who confirmed that the part I'm looking for is available. I took taxify and spent about R250 on a single trip to get there and another R241 for return for nothing. I phoned in order to avoid spending unnecessarily. I want the money I spent because of the incompetence of their staff.
