Incompetence and Unwilling to help

WOW. How *********** can people be. PG Glass technicians went to Goldwagen to get wipers for my car. They had one of the original wipers with them, they were then told that they need to bring the car to them (Goldwagen) [as if seeing the car will help you know what part to give]. I then immediately took the car to them, stopped in front of the shop at 2 min before 17:00, the doors closed and the guy holding the door closed, said the people aren't there anymore. Then one guy came out looked at me, like I'm who knows what. I got in my car and another guy came out.

FYI, certain vehicles looks exactly the same but take different parts. Like an Audi A4 2.0T (B8), one has a CDC engine and one a CDN engine. Wipers on them are standard though. Part numbers.
