I want my money

On the 5th of September, I sent an email to your team regarding an issue I encountered at one of your stores in Kempton Park.

I purchased a steering pump for a BMW E46, which was found to be faulty upon installation. I returned the part and filed a formal complaint, but to date, I have not received any response or even an acknowledgment of my email.

I am disappointed by the lack of communication, especially after paying a significant amount for the part. Furthermore, the Kempton Park store has suggested the fault lies with the mechanic, which I believe is not the case.
