Horrible service goldwagen Southgate mall

Horrible experience from gold wagen Southgate mall. Unfriendly and unhelpful service from Calvin and onwer Manager owner Hiren . Case details : parts were incorrectly supp**** and say it been used and failed to give me a refund and don't have stock of the correct part. They did not comply with there return policy and I will now have escalate to small claims court and the CPA as I am stitting with parts I can't use and have to repurchase from another supplier. WHAT HORRIBLE BRANCH FOR GOLDWAGEN in Southgate mall.

They quickly to take your money but when the part is not right ,they say it was fitted so can't be returned. WHICH WHY WE HAVE THE CPA act. With handbrake cables you have to fit to check. They clearly know nothing about cars and just give you what on the computer. PLEASE DONT THERE IF YOU WANT LOOSE your money.
