Horrible Customer service

Well, i bought few cars parts by Goldwagen in Souter Street in Pretoria west and i was assisted by the agent called Lucas and i happened to return stabilizers since well it not needed. Thus far I was charged 10Perc for returning the parts and which goes against their returning policy and cause there was no damage on the package and I have not received any refund thus far as Lucas did not explained anything regarding the terms of their turn around time refund policy and all he did was taking my card and insert and carry on with his phone calls. Honestly, I am very much concerned about recruitment policy and tools used to recruit your staff members and i suggest that they need training since well service delivery is not there at all.
