⚠️ MY EXPERIENCE WITH GOLDWAGON IN GABORONE, BOTSWANA – A REFUND DISPUTE ⚠️

I want to share my personal experience with Goldwagon in Gaborone, Botswana, so that other customers can be aware of what happened to me.

I purchased two car parts from Goldwagon. Unfortunately, the salesperson sold me parts that, according to the information I later found, were not compatible with my vehicle.

After discovering this information on Google, I returned the parts **unopened and unused**.

Despite returning the parts in their original, unopened condition, Goldwagon refused to refund my money. They took the parts back, but I was left without the parts and without my money.

I consider this situation extremely unfair and unacceptable. I paid for products that I believe were incorrectly supplied, returned them unopened, and have still not received my refund.

As a result, I have laid a complaint at the police station. I now intend to take the matter further through
