Goldwagens defective parts, Failed warranty System

I had purchased a vacuum pump for my Amarok the day prior to departing on holiday when installing the pump it put the bakkie into limp mode, i ran a vacuum test and it was confirmed that the pump was not providing sufficient vacuum, i removed the pump and reinstalled the old pump, on return from holiday the pump was returned under the warranty 47 days had passed when i received a report denying the claim stating prolonged use and metal to metal contact on the internal. I am absolutely shocked that a 14day period turned into 47days, 10 min running is seen as prolonged use, surely these units come relubricated and 10min of running would not cause such excessive wear? It is disgusting that these people take your money and provide parts with internal damage, takes 47 days to come with a result to basically tell you that your out of pocket.
