Goldwagen Wynberg pathetic service from Caddy

I called Goldwagen yesterday on 6 July, spoke to Caddy and asked if he has an original MK1 bumper, he confirmed yes, I said I would come early on Saturday(today) to collect it, he said it was in order, I then called back to ask if it is black, he confidently confirmed that it was, I live in Randfontein and I got up early to drive all the way to Wynberg to get the bumper, I get here and the bumper is cream and he can’t even apologize, I told him I booked my car in already at VW on Monday to have this bumper fitted and now I drove all this way to get told he didn’t know that it is not black, don’t confirm to customers if you have not checked, he was in such a hurry yesterday to speak to me he didn’t even check the colour before confirming and then he has no regard for the fact that I drove so far to get here, my time and my petrol and now I don’t even have a bumper for vw to fit on Monday and my car is booked in for Monday, I am absolutely livid, this is pathetic and putrid service and your consultants attitude stinks. You should be absolutely embarrassed at this pathetic service
