Goldwagen Witkoppen ( Worst service)

I paid using my card, the machine declined but the transaction went through, they refused to go assist me , I went to the bank came back with a stamped formal document , the supervisor Brendon Venter and Sabelo sales person insunuated that I'm trying to perform *****ulent transactions, thereafter they further **** to me that the head office finance team is dealing with it however when I called head office they told me that there is no complaint of such. They are so unprofessional and ****s of note.
