Goldwagen Wierdapark POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! BMW Fuel pump broke,Called on Tuesday 2022/08/02 Goldwagen Centurion for a pump and they directed me to Wierdapark Goldwagen as they have Stock,Bought the pump @ Wierdapark Goldwagen (R1943) 2 min after purchase the sales agent "Anthony" informed me the pump Iam looking for are out of stock after he confirmed with me before purchase that he had stock!!!!! Reached out to antoher sales agent at Wierdapark Goldwagen who promised me the pump will be delivered the day after (Wednesday) 2022/08/03 by 14h00.Got a Whatsapp on Wednesday 15h39 whereby the agent informed me for some reason the truck did not pack or deliver my pump.Thursday 2022/08/04,yet still no communication from Goldwagen Wierdapark that my Fuel pump is delivered or what is going on ???????? Received a text on Friday morning (today) 2022/08/05 08h00 I can collect the fuel pump, went to Goldwagen demanded A refund and yet again no suprise POOR SERVICE!!! the agent "Anthony" informed me that he does not have enough money to refund me I have to come back in a hour time maybe he will have then enough cash but we will see that was his words.This is unacceptable and will not tolerated this tipe of treatment,Iam not asking for free favors or to pay installment or to pay month end when purchasing an item from Goldwagen I PAID HARD CASH and this is how Iam as customer is treated.No Manger to speak to no hot line to report this bad behavior.
