When you phone for parts (cause it's car parts you looking fornot to book a pamper session) if you don't ask the lady's who answer the phones how are you or great them like you suppose to know them they put the phone down in your ear or back chat you cause you didn't great them properly who the hell do they think you and this is not the first time and don't think about taking it up with the owner cause the owner wifes is the one of the ladies answering the phones
